What is adoption?

Is adoption a good option?

What different settings do adoptive children come from?
-"Children who are eligible for adoption come from many different settings. Some are in foster care, a temporary home setting. Other children live in orphanages or with birth relatives until they can be adopted."
I really like this topic. I think that adoption is a good choice, especially for families/couples that cannot have children.
